Php online qustion Paper

Hello all,

 

I am developing a site in php, in that online question and answer is there, that question and optional answers are updated from admin module through mySQL database.

 

In some question rules are available,

for example from question 1 to 5 some kind of rules are followed and 10 to 15 some kind rules are followed, these should be updated through database.

 

Please guide me to how to do this,

 

I will be very much great full to you all.
