js/php Radio button changeing Drop down options.

Hey guys i need help trying to intergrate js with php. I a few php forms that i have created 2 radio buttons and 4 drop down menus i need the drop down menus to be influenced by the radio selections. the thing is i know how to do this in pure java script but i don't want to have to recreate the entire page just to get this done so i was wondering if anyone knows of a place or how to use php and js together.

 

the drop down form is create with an array that i plug into a home built funtion that then creates the drop down form. the radio buttons are created in pure HTML. not sure what else you need.
