[SOLVED] combine file upload and mysql row entry

Hello:

I have been setting up a website where a picture must be uploaded to the file system, that picture being named by the script to the SKU number associated in the company with that product. So its one page to collect the number and the file location, another to actually insert it and ask if you want to add information. Then a seperate page to collect the information and yet another to post it to the database. Yuk! Too much

 

Can anyone suggest, provide sample code, tell me whither it can be done or not:

Make this a 2 page process

Page one: collect both the information to be put into the mySQL database plus the file location

Page two: upload the file and insert a row to the database
