[SOLVED] layering issue

hello all.

 

I'm using AwesomeBox Lightbox, and JW flv Player both on the same page.

 

for some reason the flv player will not yield to the lightbox.

 

i have my player in a div with a style="z-index:-1"

 

and it isnt doing anything.

 

i then added z-index:1; to my lightbox's class file, but to no avail.

 

is there something im doing wrong?

try slimbox 2.02 for jquery it supports flash video

thanks, but i just found the fix a second ago. apparently there is a param you can set: wmode=opaque.
