When I include a certain section of PHP, all the Javascript stops working

I have Javascript on my website that works fine, except when I add a certain block of PHP to a page. If you look at www.sdcanada.org/en/en.html, all the Javascript and PHP on the page all works fine. However, when you look at www.sdcanada.org/en/message.html?id=18, then the php-based form still works fine, but it seems that all the javascript on the page stops working (the drop-down menus stop working, etc.). So it must be the result of the PHP that's in the main body of that page.

I've been trying to find the problem, but I've run out of ideas. Maybe it's some kind of an "exit" command or something? I'm stumped.
