Dynamic Url rewrite to another Dynamic url

Hello There,

 

I need to rewrite url's that look like this:

http://site.com/inQuireREST/index.php/product/getProduct?productId=1012949980

 

to this:

http://site.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1012949980

 

I have hamfistedly put anything I could find on the web for over 12 hours today alone

I would really appreciate any help you could offer, if you solve my problem, I will gladly paypal you $20 for your time (I would have posted this in the freelancing section, but it looked like it was only for php)
