hey guys.... really need help

Ok so im pretty sure this doesnt fall under PHP... but then again im not sure what it does fall under.. given this is the most active forum and i need help urgently so i can go to bed and sleep after staying up all night trying to complete the website... ill post it here...

I have made a form.... its one i got from the internet and have altered all the information for... the only problem is i want it to open the selected pages in new windows!!!

I have tried loads of things and the havn't worked....

 

perhaps someone here could help me solve this so i can go to bed lol...
