Hi there,

I'm using this SQL command, to enter datas from a form :

I get this reply :

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-fr,stat-fr,count-fr,tx-gb,stat-gb,count-gb) VALUES('texthello',

It seems that the problems comes from the dashes, since the error message starts with the 1st dash :

... syntax to use near '-fr,stat-fr,count-fr,tx-gb,stat-gb,c ...

I am surprised, since I had no problems with SELECT command on same table.

Of course, I could change the column names, but since this table is already operational, this means I must also change numerous PHP pages.

I never heard a problem with "dashes" on SQL commands.

Maybe it read this as a "minus" sign, but how to solved ?

Thanks for your precious advise.

Vince
