Tryint to put an avatar upload from user or URL feature in my website....

As the topic says, I'm trying to let users upload avatars or transfer them from another URL.

 

I think I have a working "form", I just dont quite know where to begin with the "submit" page - "setavatar.php"

I can just about manage basic php but HTML confuses me
