paultfh Posted July 20, 2006 Share Posted July 20, 2006 What I'm trying to do is after the file is created in the following script, I want to open another page and pass it a few variables. I don't know how to do that.
if($_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'] == 'POST') { if(isset($_REQUEST['getfile']) && count($_SESSION['binary']) > 0) { $str = $fileclass->genfile($_SESSION['binary']); $newfile = "/files/myfile.nnn"; $fh = fopen($newfile, 'w') or die("Can't open file"); fwrite($fh, $str); fclose($fh); exit; }}
Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/15202-need-some-help/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

paultfh Posted July 20, 2006 Author Share Posted July 20, 2006 For example, when you post something using forms, it passes the input of the forms onto the page being called.When a user creates a file with the previous code, I want to go to a form page where the user can input some information about the file created. I need the location of the file to be passed to the next page.
