Capturing and emailing data from a field.

Hello.

 

Thanks again to those who helped solve my other problem, much appreciated, However I've run into another problem, this time with a pre-written plug in. It's designed to add to additional fields to the contact us form and then email them to me once the user has clicked submit.

 

However the problem arises when capturing from the last field, also know as the Order Number. No matter what you type it's just not capturing it. I've attached the files which I think are responsible for the error.

 

I've had a mess around and the best I could do was renaming the fields. Any help would be much appreciated.
