IE7 ^^ Problem...as always, lol - Please Help

Hello, thanks in advance for checking this out.

 

I have recently updated my design with this awesome client login dropdown, saldy it doesnt alight with the rest of the page in IE7, its fine in FF, Google and IE8, but in IE7 it makes the page width massive...
