Register form error fields

If you submit the form with no values, all error fields show up.

Then try put in a location, and submit, error stays there, and the location goes blank (default option)

Then, if you try put in a gender, it takes away the location error on submit. Yet the gender error stays there, also, the gender goes blank (default option)

 

The register form, includes session.php yet, onsubmit, goes to process.php, and session.php uses database.php to insert the values into the database.

 

As you can tell, theres the problem with error fields, could you help.
