Hello,

I want to store Unicode data in ms-sql server 2005 database but I encountered some difficulties!  ???

My configuration:

--------------------------

PHP 5.x on a linux server

Freetds with conf_file :

[my_connection]
        host = my_host_sql
        port = 1433
        client charset = UTF-8
        tds version = 7

Database Columns are in NVARCHAR, NCHAR and NTEXT

$sql   = "INSERT INTO [...] (...,my_nvarchar_column,...) ";
$sql  .= "VALUES (...,N'éâtôtà',...)";

My PHP page is in UTF-8.

--------------------------

When I execute query, in the sql management studio I have: éâtôtà

Has anybody in this mailing list already succeeded to store Unicode encoded data on an MS SQL Server from php 5.x?

Thanks for your reply.
