Co-location problems

Hi,

 

I am new in server co-location.

Actually I don't have any idea how to do the co-location.

I need a guide on how to do this.

 

Here is my scenario.

1. Currently I am hosting my own server. But sometimes it is down due to the no electricity,

    or internet down.

 

2. Besides that, our staff and client are sharing the same host.

    staff doing the maintenance work and insert here ,insert there.

    I dono whether it will slow down or fighting recourse with the client or not.

 

    What I plan was use the new colocation server to serve the client,

    and the old intenal server using by staff to do the maintenance.

 

3. And the data was syncronize together. Can it be done?

    I have heard about mysql replica can done that ,right? that means can the data in that two

    place are sync together and whenever one server delete the data, another server will done

    that too.

 

    If really can't do that, by using cron can do that?
