[SOLVED] Can you translate this line of code? (easy for pro to indentify in 15 seconds)

I'm stumped... I tried searching on google / php.net, can you please break down the following for me:

 

 

 

 

$google_base->google_base_xml_sanitizer($products->fields['products_name'], true);

 

 

 

 

 

What's going on here, is this a user-defined function, an insert into array or something?  I am not familiar with  ->
