[SOLVED] phpMyAdmin login problems...

Long story short, i finally got phpMyAdmin installed.

I followed these instructions http://dpotter.net/Technical/2009/03/installing-phpmyadmin-on-windows-and-iis-60/.

 

I managed to get everything working to a point. But my phpMyAdmin loging does not work. Once i enter my usr psw  "roox" "????" instead of loging me in it just gives me this "The website cannot display the page"

 

My question is, is it possible that this could be happening because my phpMyAdmin folder is not in the root directory? Currently i have in inside c:/inetpub/wwwroot/Genius/phpMyAdmin.

Could this be causing the login failure.
