aes encryption (256) without m_crypt or exec

That is great, and I did find a couple other similar scripts, but the problem is that I need the output of the script to be able to be decrypted using the command line 'openssl enc -d' command.  I have tried all different tests, emailed the authors, and have had no luck getting the output of any of them to decrypt...
