Do they hire lawyers or is there some generic terms and privacy policy I can find somewhere and do a "Insert name" kind of generation? I mean, I'm sure yahoo's terms were written by a team of lawyers, but what about small sites like local insurance companies or something like a forum? The Little Guy Posted April 20, 2009 Share Posted April 20, 2009 large companies: lawyers small sites: probably write their own, or copy someone else, then changes it to fit theirs (usually against the larger sites TOS)...
