Cant get templates to show

Templates are not showing on the index.php, I get the following

yes, im using WAMP

We only see the information you provide in your post. If someone gives you a list of things to check and asks for specific information about what your are doing or what you see in front of you and you don't bother to check or provide answers to those questions, you cannot get a solution.

im sorry, im new to the language and finding it hard to understand what info you require.
