Creating a dynamic form. Help Please.

Hi guys.

 

Can someone point me in the right direction for how to do the following, an article or tutorial would be great.

 

I want to input data into field 1, then into field 2.

This should then automatically populate field 3 with the results.

 

Example:

f1 * f2 = f3

 

If I then change the value of f1 or f2, f3 will automatically  change  as well.

 

Example 2:

10 * 10 = 100

I then change f1

1 * 10 = 10

 

I hope this is clear.

 

I have no idea where to start looking for a solution.

So any help would be great.

I want it to work like this.

However, this only places the value into field 3 when you click onto field 3.

I want it to populate as i'm typing.

 

Any ideas please.
