1 tbs. raw soy sauce or south river miso

 

Extras

1 avocado julienned

1/2 cup sprouts (ginger sprouts are yummy, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower sprouts, etc..)

 

Marinated Veggies for Sushi

1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-by-3-inch matchsticks

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch-by-3-inch matchsticks

1 stalk celery, strings removed, cut into 1/4-inch-by-3-inch matchsticks

I've confirmed that the preg_replace is not finding the keywords in the text but haven't yet come up with a reason. Something seems amiss here. I can't promise I'll keep working on it much more tonight though, about to start drinking.

Can you confirm that the original script outputted text that was partly formatted, but not entirely formatted (when it was repeating the text over and over again), or was it entirely unformatted?

it showed the keywords with the links. What it was doing is there is 520 keywords in the database. So it was showing the content 520 times so say on the 9 keyword loop it would link that keyword and show correctly then keep looping till it reached 520 loops.
