nomanoma
hi: i have different types of members in my site and i want to show each type count separately. i use this: mysql_result(mysql_query("SELECT COUNT(*) FROM members WHERE memtype = 'FREE'"),0). " Free members:) <br>"; this shows the total number of free members, what i want to do is show only the total free "verified" members. the same way i do for the total members count in: $count= mysql_query("select * from members WHERE verified=1"); $rowcount = @mysql_num_rows($count); so how can i do that for free members only type? thanks mysql version is: 4.1.22 phpmyadmin:2.11.9.4 Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/156250-solved-2-arguments-in-one-line-error/ Share on other sites
the182guy
If this selects the verified members: SELECT * FROM members WHERE verified = 1 Then use this to select the verified members that are FREE: SELECT * FROM members WHERE verified = 1 AND memtype = 'FREE' Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/156250-solved-2-arguments-in-one-line-error/#findComment-822547 Share on other sites
