A) Check the server error log like the error message states, and B) What were you attempting to do when the error occured? Browse to a .php page? Browse to a .html page? C) Did you make any changes to a .htaccess file or upload a script immediately prior to that error? Settings in a .htaccess file, like using server modules that are not installed or php settings when php is running as a CGI application can cause that error page. Likewise fatal php parse or fatal php runtime errors can cause that error page when php error reporting is not set to display errors.
