galvin
I have a table and I want each TD to have a border-top (The simple CSS is below). The problem is that in IE, this border is NOT displayed if the TD is empty. Once my code inserts something into that field (using Javascript's innerHTML function), the border then shows up fine. In Firefox, the border shows fine, even when the TD is empty. I need this to happen in IE. So maybe this isn't a CSS question, but just curious if anyone knows a way to make the TD border display in IE, even when the TD is empty? table td { border-top: 1px solid black; }
