Why is it that I have a SINGLE PHP page that does a display, edit and update of a row in a table, and when I go into edit mode and press submit which in turn calls the php page again with a SAVE flag and does an update on the table and then calls the select again only to display the OLD value and not the new updated one?

If I press SHIFT REFRESH, then I get the updated record from the DB. Why is it that IE under Windows XP appears to be caching this request?
