Hi,

 

Just trying to run this query to copy the content of one table to another but MySQL aint likin git for some reason.

 


insert into site_users name, username, password, email, joined

select name, username, password, email, joined

from site_users_new where id = 10

 

seems to throw this error:

 

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'name, username, password, email, joined

 

select name, username, password, emai' at line 1

 

Everything looks spot on to me.

 

 

Thanks for that but still the same problem unfortunately. Getting...

Strange because the SQL seems fine.

 

insert into site_users (name, username, password, email, joined) values (select site_users_new.name, site_users_new.username, site_users_new.password, site_users_new.email, site_users_new.joined from site_users_new where site_users_new.id = 10)
