MAMP error code #1045 access denied

Just installed MAMP (Mac,Apache, MySQL,PHP) then managed to unadminister myself.
Listed as error #1045 access denied using local host. I can not get into my phpadm file and access is being denied . It suggest making sure in conf.inc.php that host,username and password get checked. How do I get back in to do so.
