A web Script that allows admin to make entries, and customer to view his entries

Hi,

 

I am looking for a script that will allow the following:

 

From the backend, the admin can make an entry that relates to a particular customer. He can attach a PDF file to it.

 

 

From the front end, the customer can view only entries that relate to him, and he can view the PDFs. It can look like a standard table.

I know you can do that kind of thing with Joomla. Maybe Wordpress or Drupal also.
