Curl a JSP Form

Maybe I can find some help in this forum. I'm trying to POST a JSP-Form with CURL but had no luck yet. I'm used to work with curl and standard HTML-Forms but can't bring it to work with that specific JSP-Variant. The HTTP-Header return is not usable in this form.
