Having trouble joining RHEL computers to the domain

I'm trying to join a RHEL computer to our domain and I have run into a problem. When I do the "net ads join -U admin@whatever.com" command I get the following error. 

Creation of workstation account failed

Failed to join domain:      NT_STATUS_QUOTA_EXCEEDED

I am a domain admin and I do a kinit command fine. I can't seem to find any information related to the NT_STATUS_QUOTA_EXCEEDED message and I would appreciate any help. Other domain admins have tried it and got the same error message. I've tried it on a CENTOS computer as well and get the same error.

Any help is appreciated.
