JsonT HTML stopper

So i'm learning JSON Transformation....learned about it here:http://goessner.net/articles/jsont/

this is my code with it:

<script type="text/javascript">
var HTMLrule = "{data.actor}'s final GPA is {data.gpa.s2}. \n  <img src='{data.images.src}' /> ";

var data = { "data": {"actor":"Tommy", "gpa": {"s1":"4.0", "s2":"3.9"}, "images":{"src": "http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif", "href":"http://www.google.com/"} }};
var rule = { "data": HTMLrule };
function test(){
   show(jsonT(data, rule));
}
function show(s) { document.getElementById("out").innerHTML += (s+"\n").replace(/&/g, "&").replace(/</g,"<").replace(/>/g,">").replace(/\n/g, "<br/>") + "<hr/>"; }
window.onload = test;
</script>

it works, except for the HTML part. It simply shows the HTML, and doesn't show the image.

Any way around this?

(also, i tried using > and <, but that doesn't work either)
