It has a form, and the top of the page is editnews.php?id=x it will GET the id and then in say the title text box it will fetch the name from the row with id x in it. So for example. Row with id 1 has news title "Welcome" it will go to row with id 1 and put the welcome in the textbox. the rest i can get.
