[SOLVED] align to the top but there are contents that are hidden

i am trying to make a tab menu, the tabs work, but i am not sure how to put the content on the top:

the thing is tab1 is taking up some space at the top, so for tabs2-5, they have empty spaces at either the top or the bottom, so i dont know how to make them align to the top of the page.
