Problem: Questions marks with Sql Server

i have problem with encoding or character set - really i don't know -  on my SQL server 2005 with PHP

 

my problem is when i have execute query with php form database the result will questions marks like : " ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? "

 

entire database the character displayed in correct way but when i execute query from php by ODBC that happen

 

this is my code:

 

$sqlconnect=odbc_connect($dsn,$username,$password);
$sql = odbc_exec($sqlconnect, "SET TEXTSIZE 2147483647");

         $sql = "SET ROWCOUNT 10 SELECT * FROM [databasename].[dbo].[all]";
         $result23 = odbc_exec($sqlconnect, $sql);
         $row = odbc_num_fields($result23);
