PHP mail function not working anymore (server issue?)

Hi guys,

 

I've moved a site from one server to another server from the same hosting company, and now my website doesn't seem to send any e-mails.

 

So i was wondering if this is a server issue? my admin doesn't seem to have a clue, so i'm going to the masses for help.
