anyone know a Slider Control with 2 arrow?

i looking for a slider with dual arrow

this works perfect but when i try set a correct value on load

he simple can´t mark what i want only appear near values not the specific values

i have looking on net and i found other persons with same problem

this is a function that is not optimized so i need other solution.

anyone know something like that?
