saandel
Hi, The only place my site exists is on the net! I lost it off of my computer. I am so screwed right now! It probably took me over 200 hrs to make. (It's http://www.beatlemoney.com btw) Is there a way for me to just download the thing back into my computer? I've tried to read the help menu and other info on the net but can't understand what they're saying. Any help I thank you. Greg
Arenium
Assuming you had half-a-brain and choose a webhost with a control panel, you can create a backup of your site via the web admin and simply download that file. It will most likely be a .bz2, .gz, or .zip. If you don't, then you'd just need to spend a few hours using FTP.
robertvideo
If you're using DW set up a new site - under the site menu, manage site add your site info you'll need the user name, password and ftp info to do this it's very simple regards Robert

Typically people use ftp to upload changes/new files. Any ftp client will allow you to ftp to your site and copy the files back to your computer. Dreamweaver has this capability built in as well, as mentioned in one the of the previous responses to you.

BrianWald
I dont blame you, anyone who would spend 200 hours on a site that looks like that sure has no idea what he is doing. because to be honest, the layout is looks like a geocities page builder.
