Template Changing

I'll probably ask my question in a very noob way, but I'm already out of options. So there goes...

I need a website where users can switch templates (including both design and CSS) but with everything else still being on its place. I can figure out how to do that manually but its so complicated and hard working that I thought I'm making fool of myself by doing it. What I do is all manually updating the pages - entering the info in the one template, then in the other... If I have more than 3 templates I gotta be quite busy for every single page I add. Only the news system is adopted to all the templates, so I'd like to know if there is a content system or a way to make it automatically adding the info to other templates. Will be very appreciated if you can point me to some script, guide, or the correct way to figure out what I have to do myself in order to accomplish what I want. :(

I could do it for you, I'm always looking for work :)

BUT if you want to do it yourself, you could maybe include the data inside of the areas you want it to display in on every page, I'd do it a little different, but the includes work good for beginners or intermediate scripters
