[SOLVED] PHP HTML Form File Uploader

I can't figure out why this code will not work. Please help me out!

When I click submit it just refreshed the code and the form appears again rather than running the script...

I made sure that all max variables are high enough in php.ini...

 

Any ideas?

Yes, that is a form and a script.

My bad I was trying to preview the code and I hit post rather than preview.

 

I edited the post now so that it actually contains my question.

Try checking for the presence of the $_FILE array, not the $_POST array.
