get text from .txt file

i have a problem with reading text from .txt file,

 

here is my code

The error tells you that the file or directory does not exist -

fopen(../files/naslovi/1/M-Bazen-2.JPG.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

 

Have you checked if that is the correct file name and is that the correct path (relative to the current script)?
