Need help with Dreamweaver making iframes.

Hi, Im a new webmaker. And I am having a problem and I hope you wonderfull people in here might be able to help me out.

 

I have installed "4Level iFramesuite" to help me making iframes in my site.

 

It seems to work nicly. I can drag and shape the iframe to were i want it. BUT heres the thing.

When i am not looking at my site with my browser on full screen the iFrames move to different places, not were I wanted it to be. I have ticked the box were it says Absolute Pos, but still no go. What am I doing wrong?

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have no skills in html codeing so no codes plz. LOL.
