Help! no idea how

Hey im creating a website and i need help. Im not to good with php or mysql but im okay with HTML. So i want 2 things no my website but not sure where to start.

 

1. I want a profile for every member that registers, where they can keep track of there info, earnings and what not

 

2. i want referral links for my members, so when they get somebody to register, there earnings will increase.

 

How would i make these things?

 

These may be simple and easy things but yes im a noob. So somebody please HELP!

i would start with php and mysql tutorials to learn the underlying know-how of each first... but to help walk you through the learning process that is needed first would be an ordeal... phpfreaks has some good tutorials here, so you get an idea what you are up against...

The tutorials you gave me aren't helping, i want to learn how to do what i said. I already know a bit of PHP, i setup my registration, and login system without any tutorials. All i need is some sort of tutorial how to do what i asked, or the files themself already written.
