tqla
Hello. I have a subdomain called sub.mydomain.com When I type that in my address bar I get taken to www.mydomain.com/sub Perfect. Here's the issue. When I type sub.mydomain.com/test the server looks for "test" and gives me an error 404. I know the server is doing the right thing but I want it to not treat "/test" like a directory but instead append the word test to www.mydomain.com/sub like this: www.mydomain.com/sub/test Is this possible? Thanks. Or better yet, is it possible to configure the server to ignore the path altogether and just resolve to www.mydomain.com/sub with the word "test" still in the URL so that I can parse the URL out and get the word test and make it a variable.
