How to create a DB Log

While I was searching through one of my favorite sites, I came across something interesting.

You can replace the ID with just about anything.

There is a little thing that says [DB LOG] which shows the time, status, rows, and other things for each query.

I am wondering if there is any actual script out there that does this, or is this just something I am going to need to make myself.

My Google hasn't found anything as a match, but you aren't giving us much to work with. All we've got is HTML/CSS/JS, which usually isn't indexed by search engines. The only static text I've found is:

time
status
rows
query
error
file
"queries in total time:"

And upon checking those out, the SERP didn't show a thing. I'm guessing it's handcoded, especially because of minor frontend HTML/CSS typos (such as 'sletter').
