tonytimms Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Hi, this is my first time in this forum and I'm not sure if I am in the right one for this question. I have successfully installed Moodle and everything works ok. I have our main website and the Moodle installation on the same server. The main site is in the root and the Moodle site is in a directory called training. I am trying to link to the login page in Moodle from the main index page of our website and this comes up ok, however when I enter the login details and submit it takes me back to the main website instead of logging me in to Moodle. If I then access the Moodle site directly it has logged me in. I'm possibly in the wrong forum competely here but I have tried the Moodle forum and no one seems to have the answer. DEVILofDARKNESS Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Probably the moodle login page has a relative path. which means it will redirects in the same directory try to look in the login page, and try to change the redirection. (if you're not sure of what you are doing, save a copy first.)
