anujgarg Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 Hi Everyone, I have a web application where there is a code written for SOAP that is interacting with RNT (RightNow). But I need to change the code and replace the interaction of RNT to ClickPoint (Lead Management). I had some research over the net and found some of the changes in the format of XML structure in both the cases (RNT and ClickPoint). All I want to know is how can I send the XML data to ClickPoint and how can I get the response back from there? If anyone has done some work on ClickPoint or even having any idea for the same, please provide your suggestion to me.
