No that's an SQL statement that gets the titel field from kunden table,

 

your need to find where you echo it with the anchor tag,

ie

echo "<a href=\"something\">".$row['Kunden']."</a>";

then update it to something like

newwindow=window.open(url,'name','height=500,width=500');
if (window.focus) {newwindow.focus()}
return false;
}
