Multiple videos for flash from a database.

Well, I have a new website where I would like my vistors to be able to upload videos, audio and maybe images, and have them played on the website with a single flash skin. The all idea is similar to youtube or anyother video and audio streaming websites. The videos will be loaded from a database in there original formats such as MP4, WMA, mov, etc. I haven't got a strong knowledge in Flash or Actionscript although I'm very exprienced in other web concepts or programming. And I don't plan on going into flash too much since I have other things to attend to.

 

I would like this to be done proffesionally and neat, therefore I wouldn't prefer using other Flash creation software. I'm a very quick learner and If anybody could quickly take me through the concepts behind this and save me the time reading full articles or books I woud really appreciate that.
