[SOLVED] XML descendants internal method on incompatible Object

Hey ,

 

I keep getting this error :

 

XML descendants internal method called on incompatible Object

 

For my script but not sure what it means, my script is very simple, it just calls a script and loads it into a div every 1000 ms. ( Or 1 second)....

 

This is basically it:

function ()
{$('#chat').load('chatlog.php?Table=<?=$TableID?>')..fadeIn("fast");}, 1000);
</script>

 

 

Further down on the same page i have:

<div id="chat">
</div>

 

I should add, the script works perfectly even though that error is showing, which is why im confused whats gone wrong?

Oh ok i worked it out now ... for any one who needs to know:

 

)..fadeIn("fast");}, 1000);  < change the double .. to a single . and that seems to solve it.
